MEMORANDUM OF CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION BEFORE THE AFBCMR
SUBJECT:
Having carefully reviewed this application, we agree with the recommendation of the Air Force office of primary responsibility and adopt the rationale expressed as the basis for our decision that the applicant has been the victim of either an error or an injustice. Therefore, we recommend that:
The pertinent military records of the Department of the Air Force relating to the APPLICANT be corrected to show the following:
a. That he was not released from active duty on 20 May 2013, but on that date continued to serve on active duty until 1 June 2013, when he was released from active duty.
b. That he was in an ordinary leave status from 12 May 2013 through 1 June 2013.

On 7 June 2011, the applicant received a letter from the 188th MDG that he had a potentially disqualifying medical condition and further documentation from his civilian provider was required.
